Dinner.Is.Poured

Hello!  Someday I’ll work on getting a better picture with the husband, but until then a semi-sober selfie will have to do.   I don’t even know how to quickly sum myself up…I’m a mom-counselor-fauxtog-milspouse-taxi driver.  Over the years, I’ve developed a love for not only food, but also cooking. And booze.

We have 3 kids. Which means eating out can be challenging, in terms of budget and patience. But look at them, they look so innocent!

No really, they are good kids. No one has been arrested, and there’s only been one broken bone. Take a guess which one?

I try to take foods that we would order in a restaurant, or fast food, and make them at home. I also like to do a little food prep to make life easier through the week.  So, what you will find behind this page, may (will) contain alcoholic beverages–either behind the scenes or in the forefront.  Some mild humor, most likely crude. Maybe a little swearing. Some burnt fingers (I have a habit of grabbing hot pans), and a lot of great food.
